Shipping within Australia
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Australia Post or our trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:
• Metro areas – 2 to 5 business days
• Regional areas – 5 to 10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
Frezie currently ships within Australia only.
If you’re outside Australia and would like to order, please email us at hello@frezie.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.
Order Changes
Need to update your address or order details?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at hello@frezie.com.au.
After dispatch, we’re unable to make changes.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll investigate and make it right as quickly as possible.
